PNI负载断开与故障中断开关设备
G&W Electric型号PNI垫装开关具备负载断开和故障中断功能。故障断路器在完全密封、死前端的设备中提供电子控制、可复位的超流保护。这些开关设计用于电压最高38kV、900A负载断路和连续电流的三相系统,具有12.5kA至25kA对称故障中断额定值。PNI是G&W Electric最灵活的开关类型之一,因为它可以选择前方可访问的开关操作员和套管(前方通道),也可以选择带有后入口套管的前方通道开关操作员(前后通道)。

功能和优点
建设 – 配备前置可访问开关操作员和套管,或配备前后操作员及套管,用于更换现有的垫座空气或油绝缘设备。拱顶结构也可选配顶部或底部衬套,或顶部可接入操作员和衬套。
故障中断 – 三相故障中断,最高可达25kA,并可选择工业曲线,包括熔断器仿真曲线。
地震认证 – 交换机可根据美国土木工程师学会(ASCE)标准7-05第13章的指导方针定制设计。这些指南涵盖了建筑物中非结构性构件的设计。这些交换机还经过了ICC-ES-AC-156(国际规范委员会评估服务验收标准)规定的测试方案,规定了施加在交换机上的震动表测试输入。认证可用于加州州级健康规划与发展办公室(OSHPD)医疗机构项目。OSHPD的申请编号为OSP-0157-10。
可见断裂 – 载荷断裂通道配备可见断裂,可查看开闭位置。
电压感应 – 所有方式均配备集成电压感应功能,可配合电压指示面板测定同相状态,或与继电器配合使用,精度最高可达1%。
自动化 – 适用于电动机自动化,配备便携式或永久安装的电机和控制装置。G&W Electric的编程和箱体制造提供了多种继电器,如SEL、ABB和GE。柜体可订购为低压外壳,用于安装垫、底座或IP68级潜水器,用于穹顶安装开关设备。提供自动源传输、保护或激光器定制解决方案的编程。
