TVI负载断开与故障中断开关

G&W Electric型号的TVI垫底开关具备负载断开和故障中断功能。负载断开开关具有可见的断路和集成接地位置。集成接地位置消除了对负载断路连接电缆接地的高压连接的需求。故障断路器在完全密封、死前端的设备中提供电子控制、可复位的超流保护。TVI可以配置为故障中断方式的单相或三相工作。这些开关设计用于电压最高38kV、630A负载断路和连续电流的三相系统,具有12.5kA或20kA对称故障中断额定值。TVI是G&W Electric最灵活的开关类型之一,因为它可以选择前置可取开关操作员和套管(前置接入),也可以选择前后接入,以替换现有的垫状安装空气齿轮

特色与优势

  • 建设 – 可选紧凑型结构,前置可访问开关操作员和衬套。拱顶结构也可选,顶部可接入操作器和衬套。

  • 故障中断 – 单相或三相故障中断,最高可达20kA,并可选择工业曲线,包括熔断器仿真曲线。操作手柄可配置为单相或三相手动操作。

  • 电压感应 – 所有方式均配备集成电压感应功能,可配合电压指示面板测定同相状态,或与继电器配合使用,精度最高可达1%。

  • 可见断裂 – 载荷断裂通道配备可见断裂,可查看开启、关闭和地面位置。

  • 地面位置 – 负载断路口的集成接地位置,消除了为接地电缆而处理高压元件的需求。

  • 自动化 – 适用于电动机自动化,配备便携式或永久安装的电机和控制装置。G&W Electric的编程和箱体制造提供了多种继电器,如SEL、ABB和GE。柜体可订购为低压外壳,用于安装垫、底座或IP68级潜水器,用于穹顶安装开关设备。提供自动源传输、保护或激光器定制解决方案的编程。
