TVI – 带整体接地和故障断路功能的负载断路开关

G&W Electric TVI 型垫装开关具有负载断路和故障分断功能。负载断路开关具有可视断路和整体接地位置。整体接地位置无需处理任何高压连接,即可将连接到负载断路方式的电缆接地。故障断路器在一个完全密封的前端设备中提供电子控制、可复位的过流保护。TVI 可配置为故障断路开关的单相或三相操作。开关设计用于电压高达 38kV、630A 负载分断和连续电流的三相系统,具有 12.5kA 或 20kA 对称故障分断额定值。TVI 是 G&W Electric 用途最广的开关类型之一,因为它既可以订购前端接入的开关操作器和套管(前端接入),也可以订购前端和后端接入的开关操作器和套管(后端接入),以取代现有的垫装空气齿轮装置。

开关的设计符合 IEEE C37.72、C37.74 和 C37.60 标准,具有负载断开和故障分断能力。垫装外壳的设计和测试符合 IEEE C57.12.28 和 C57.12.29。

功能和优点

  • 建筑 – 可提供紧凑型结构,可从正面接触开关操作和衬套。也有拱顶式结构,可从顶部接触到操作器和衬套。

  • 故障中断 – 单相或三相故障分断能力高达 20kA,可选择工业曲线,包括熔断器仿真曲线。操作手柄可配置为单相或三相手动操作。

  • 电压感应 – 所有方式都有内置电压感应器,可与电压指示面板一起使用,以确定同相情况,或与继电器一起使用,精度高达 1%。

  • 可见的断裂 – 载荷断开通道配有可视断开装置,用于查看打开、关闭和接地位置。

  • 地面位置 – 负载断路时的整体接地位置,无需处理高压元件即可将电缆接地。

  • 自动化 – 可通过便携式或永久安装的电机和控制器实现电机自动化。各种继电器(如 SEL、ABB 和 GE)均可使用 G&W Electric 编程和机柜结构。机柜可订购低压外壳,用于垫式安装、座式安装或 IP68 等级潜水型,用于拱顶安装开关设备。可提供用于自动源转移、保护或 LaZer 定制解决方案的编程。
