RAM – 负载断开开关

G&W Electric RAM 垫片和穹顶 气绝缘开关设备 在完全密封的死前端设备中具备负载断开切换功能。这些开关设计用于电压最高38kV、900A负载断路和连续电流,以及40kA非对称瞬时和接近故障额定的三相系统。它们具备可选的紧凑型布局,采用前置或顶部通道结构。这些开关极其灵活,提供多种款式。高压连接可以安装在底部、顶部或侧面,以便于电缆训练和安装。

这些交换机按照IEEE C37.72和C37.74设计,具备负载断开能力。垫装外壳设计并测试符合IEEE C57.12.28和C57.12.29标准。

特色与优势

  • 建设 – 可选紧凑型结构,前置可访问开关操作员和衬套。拱顶结构也可选配顶部或底部衬套,或顶部可接入操作员和衬套。

  • 电压感应 – 可配备集成电压传感,可配合电压指示面板测定同相状态,或用于继电器,精度高达1%。

  • 自动化 – 适用于电动机自动化,配备便携式或永久安装的电机和控制装置。G&W Electric的编程和箱体制造提供了多种继电器,如SEL、ABB和GE。柜体可订购为低压外壳,用于安装垫、底座或IP68级潜水器,用于穹顶安装开关设备。提供自动源传输或激光器定制解决方案的编程。

  • 可见断裂 – 所有通道均配备可见断裂点,可查看开闭位置。

  • 地震认证 – 交换机可根据美国土木工程师学会(ASCE)标准7-05第13章的指导方针定制设计。这些指南涵盖了建筑物中非结构性构件的设计。这些交换机还经过了ICC-ES-AC-156(国际规范委员会评估服务验收标准)规定的测试方案,规定了施加在交换机上的震动表测试输入。认证可用于加州州级健康规划与发展办公室(OSHPD)医疗机构项目。OSHPD的申请编号为OSP-0157-10。
