PNI – 负载断路开关和故障断路
G&W Electric PNI 型垫装开关具有负载断开和故障分断功能。故障分断器在完全密封的前端装置中提供电子控制、可复位的过流保护。开关设计用于电压高达 38kV、900A 负载分断和连续电流的三相系统,对称故障分断额定电流为 12.5kA – 25kA。PNI 是 G&W Electric 最通用的开关样式之一,因为它既可以订购前端接入的开关操作器和套管(前端接入),也可以订购前端接入的开关操作器和后端接入的套管(前端/后端接入)。
开关的设计符合 IEEE C37.72、C37.74 和 C37.60 标准,具有负载断开和故障分断能力。垫装外壳的设计和测试符合 IEEE C57.12.28 和 C57.12.29。
功能和优点
建筑 – 可提供正面开关操作器和衬套,或前后操作器和衬套,用于替换现有的垫装空气或油绝缘设备。拱顶结构还可提供顶部或底部衬套,或从顶部进入操作装置和衬套。
故障中断 – 三相故障分断能力高达 25kA,可选择工业曲线,包括熔断器仿真曲线。
地震认证 – 这些开关可根据 ASCE(美国土木工程师学会)标准 7-05 第 13 章的指导原则进行设计。这些准则涵盖了安装在建筑物中的非结构部件的设计。开关还接受了 ICC-ES-AC-156(国际规范委员会评估服务验收标准)规定的测试,该标准规定了开关的振动台测试输入。经认证可用于加利福尼亚州医疗保健设施的 OSHPD(全州卫生规划与发展办公室)项目。OSHPD 的申请编号为 OSP-0157-10。
可见的断裂 – 装载断开装置配有可视断开装置,以便查看打开和关闭位置。
电压感应 – 所有方式都有内置电压感应器,可与电压指示面板一起使用,以确定同相情况,或与继电器一起使用,精度高达 1%。
自动化 – 可通过便携式或永久安装的电机和控制器实现电机自动化。各种继电器(如 SEL、ABB 和 GE)均可使用 G&W Electric 编程和机柜结构。机柜可订购低压外壳,用于垫式安装、座式安装或 IP68 等级潜水型,用于拱顶安装开关设备。可提供用于自动源转移、保护或 LaZer 定制解决方案的编程。
